Fee structure

NEDs help boards to make better decisions by offering advice and guidance - that’s precisely why organisations take such care in appointing the right people. 

 

However, many boards are also alive to the benefits of strategic support being provided through a more flexible, informal or ad hoc route, and in a way that complements its existing arrangements.

Whether you are looking to better align aspects of strategy with the organisation’s purpose, cement learning from the latest round of governance reviews, or simply to improve the quality of risk discussions at board, using an advisory service can prove to be a very effective solution.

It is difficult to provide a definitive costing for these type of advisory services, as each situation is unique. However, given the nature of board engagements we routinely charge a half-day rate, in the region of £450, which is then easily scalable depending on the amount of preparation or post-meeting analysis required.

Beyond this, we are always happy to discuss specific requirements, such as a per-meeting fee or annual retainer.
